This form is meant for reporting suspected or actual misconduct, breach of law, regulation or company policy, or other inappropriate activity that may impact the company. This includes any inappropriate activity that needs management attention.

NimbleWork strongly appeals to any person with information about such cases of wrongdoing to report the same. While we will accept and investigate anonymous complaints, we strongly urge complainants to identify themselves, as allegations made anonymously are often difficult to review and may make it difficult for the company to respond to the complainant’s concerns sufficiently and satisfactorily.

Be rest assured that NimbleWork is committed to maintaining confidentiality and protecting whistleblowers from any reprisal either by the company or by the person(s) against whom the complaint is made.
